Overviewthat will be based in our Headquarters inMilano (MI).This position will significantly contribute to the company\'s financial performance planning and reporting activities, including the production of periodic financial reports to the Group and internal Management.Main activitiesPreparing budgets and forecast, collecting, analysing, and consolidating financial data.Performing periodic closings (monthly, quarterly, yearly), collecting, analysing, and consolidating financial data.Providing status of financial performance, coordinating with the Operations and other transversal function teams across the entire organisation.Preparing ad-hoc analyses and special reports designed to accompany the delivery of strategic initiatives.Applying integrity and confidentiality to the preparation and disclosure of all financial information.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will ideally be familiar with using the following systems :Excellent Excel skillSAPTagetik for budgeting and forecastingHFM for Group reporting purposesProfile – Experience, skills, and capabilitiesBachelor\'s degree in accounting or business administrationFluent English, written and spoken1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance experience, (or internship)Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (Italian GAAP and IFRS)Proactivity, team working skills and enthusiasmAny additional experience / know-how and skills detailed by candidates will be attentively considered and much appreciated.Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater because we believe our everyday actions have a big impact.
