Experteer OverviewIn this role you will act as a strategic HR partner for Southern Europe, aligning people initiatives with business goals across Israel, France, Spain, Italy and beyond.
You will guide leaders on workforce planning, org design, and change management while driving engagement and development programs.
You will leverage HR data to inform decisions and manage the full employee lifecycle with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on, cross-country role that shapes culture and capabilities in a fast-paced, international context.

Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change management
Use HR data and insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Lead performance management, talent reviews, and development processes to strengthen capability
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
Maintain relationships with employees and leaders, addressing concerns and providing guidance
Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters
Ensure compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices across multiple countries
Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and changes
Independently manage HR administration for accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with broader HR team to design and implement people programs
ResponsabilitàBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience in an international or global organization
Experience supporting senior leaders, ideally VP/Director level
Minimum 5 years partnering with Sales/GTM/commercial teams
Ability to work from office 2-3 days per week
Strong HRBP experience including strategic workforce planning, org development, change management
Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance across home country; experience with additional xlwpduy countries desirable
Experience managing employee relations and providing trusted counsel to leaders
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Strong influencing and coaching abilities across all levels
Highly organized and detail-oriented with multi-priority management in dynamic environment
Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage HR data for decision-making
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Interest in leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
