Responsibilities
1. Develop test plans aligned with new product delivery schedules
2. Create and maintain test procedures for new features and regression testing
3. Execute product validation and verification efficiently
4. Analyze system and software behavior, identifying issues and proposing improvements
5. Understand customer requirements and ensure products meet expectations
6. Troubleshoot reported problems and support technical teams (sales, customer support)
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of lab and field testing capabilities
8. Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Production, and Support teams
9. Support development activities through technical feedback and system-level analysis
10. Perform additional duties as required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required
14. Knowledge of serial, ISO CAN, radio, and machine-to-machine communication systems
15. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
16. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
17. Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments
18. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
19. Hands-on approach, including working with agricultural equipment
20. Prior experience in product testing or development
21. Ability to analyze software behavior and system performance, providing technical feedback and improvement recommendations to engineering and R&D team
22. Fluent in English
Desirable
23. Knowledge of precision agriculture practices
24. Basic programming skills (for test tools or data analysis)
25. Experience in the agriculture industry (1–2 years)
26. Understanding of GNSS receivers and basic control theory
Qualifications & Experience
27. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Agricultural Engineering
28. Valid driver’s license
29. 1–2 years of relevant experience or internships in Precision Agriculture or related fields
30. Training or facilitation skills are a plus
Additional Information
31. Most of the job will be performed in an outdoor environment in and around agricultural equipment. There will also be some testing completed in a lab environment and documentation completed on a PC in the office.
32. Domestic and International travel likely to be required
33. Meeting outside of normal business hours will likely be required
