Experteer OverviewAs Senior HR Business Partner you will support the Plant HR Manager by ensuring accurate employee data, compliant processes, and effective HR operations across timekeeping, payroll, and personnel administration. You will drive HR KPI reporting and manage relationships with temporary staffing vendors, contributing to a compliant, data-driven HR function aligned with safety and regulatory standards. This role offers impact through overseeing data accuracy, process timelines, and cross-functional collaboration within an automotive plant.
