Your role is to maintain accurate forecasts, support supply planning, and provide insights that help make effective planning and inventory decisions. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring forecast accuracy, healthy stock levels, efficient allocation, and timely deliveries. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead weekly demand review meetings. /li liMonitor and report on stock levels, long‑term projections, promotion plans, SOP files, and monthly closure estimates. /li liManage long-term forecasting processes and support Sales on Bottom-Up forecast creation. /li liTrack and improve key performance indicators (KPIs): SFA, LT, WOS, COI. /li liAnalyze sell-out trends on both monthly and yearly basis. /li liDevelop sell-out/sell-in forecasts in close cooperation with the Marketing Team. /li liEvaluate seasonality curves and assess the impact of promotions and events on demand forecasts. /li liRun the forecast consensus meeting with the Sales Leader, aligning cross‑functional teams. /li liMaintain accuracy and visibility of all forecast reports and KPIs to support planning and operational decisions. /li liOversee supply planning, manage supply constraints, and maintain daily communication with factories. /li liManage product allocation, with monthly planning and weekly adjustments. /li liFollow up on orders, deliveries, and potential delays. /li liCoordinate product SWAPs with other subsidiaries when needed. /li /ul h3What You Must Have /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. /li liExperience in demand planning, supply chain, business planning, or similar roles. /li liStrong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets. /li liProficiency in Excel and confidence working with planning/reporting tools. /li liSolid understanding of forecasting methodologies and supply chain fundamentals. /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. /li liDetail-oriented mindset and strong ownership of accuracy and deadlines. /li /ul h3Nice If You Have /h3 ul liExperience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or multinational environments. /li liFamiliarity with SOP processes and planning systems (e.g., SAP, APO, other ERP tools). /li liKnowledge of statistical forecasting models. /li liPrevious involvement in stock management, allocation, or supply issue resolution. /li liAbility to work in fast-paced, dynamic, and matrix organizations. /li liCuriosity, flexibility, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. /li /ul pDiversity Engagement for All. /p pAt LG Electronics, we value and respect the unique qualities and diversity of our employees. /p pWe do not discriminate based on age, ethnicity, gender, religion, belief, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic or trait. /p pWe believe that fostering a culture of diversity and engagement leads to innovation and exceptional performance and aligns with our philosophy of creating value for customers while respecting human dignity. /p pAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
