Would you like to develop your knowledge and contribute to actively support the Sales Organization?_ - Then you could be our new _ Automotive Sales Controller - Southwest Europe As business partner to the sales organization, you will drive performance to meet or exceed financial targets while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies and will be an ambassador for performance & profitability in your area towards stakeholders and colleagues throughout the SKF organization Key responsibilities - Visualize, simplify, and communicate financial numbers, business impacts, and End to End profitability (PLP) - Being able to comment financial performance and to connect to business decisions from various angles (Sales, Manufacturing, Business Lines) - Being part of developing pricing strategies, follow up and monitor price developments - Being active financial partner in RFQ and ETO projects to secure financial healthiness of our future business - Increase efficiency and transparency in the reporting by taking advantage of new technological opportunities (Power BI, Snowflake ). - Recommend corrective actions whenever current performance is not in line with expectation - Focus on Working Capital efficiency, monitor that A/R and Inventories level are developing according to targets - Responsibility for the monthly closing, planning & forecasting processes in several EMEA sales units (monthly, QBR, Business Plan) Requirements: - Degree in Finance or Economics or Business Administration - Experience in a Sales or Manufacturing environment is meritorious - Solid business understanding and ability to oversee the Full Value Chain - Experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis - Experience in Project Management provides a benefit - Good knowledge of data warehouse, Power BI and Snowflake - Relationship management with high ability to interact and effectively influence - Ability to work in an international and multi-dimensional matrix environment - At SKF we are committed to creating a diverse environment, and we firmly believe that a diverse workforce is essential for our continued success.
