International Trade Marketing & Communication SpecialistThe role is to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the sector, enhancing brand visibility, managing external communications, and engaging industry stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry stakeholders.Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to promote company initiatives, product launches, and events.Support distributors’ marketing offices with tools and collect case stories of applications.Communicate with international suppliers and customers.Support product launches with PR activities, including website revamps.Manage monthly newsletters for both business divisions.Monitor media coverage and manage PR opportunities to enhance brand reputation.Create high‑quality, engaging content tailored for email, newsletters, web, and PR materials.Collaborate with the sector’s web magazine by contributing articles, insights, and promotional content.Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage clients and stakeholders.Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs such as open rates and click‑through rates.Use design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visually appealing marketing materials.Support and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, representing the company and coordinating communication activities before, during, and after the events.QualificationsExcellent communication and cultural skills.Strong public relations and media engagement experience.Proven content creation and storytelling ability.Experience with email marketing tools.Design skills are a plus for creating visual content.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, PR, or communications.Experience working with industry publications or web magazines is highly desirable.Creative thinker with a proactive approach.Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.Strong sense of ownership and accountability. xjrgpwk Fluent in English and German; French or Spanish are a big plus.Based in: Caponago
