Ali Lavoro S.p.A., filiale di Città Sant'Angelo (PE), is a leading company specializing in selling household and intimate apparel. We seek part‑time store associates for several locations, providing assisted sales support and customer service.
* Perugia (PG) – COMMESSO/COMMESSA DI NEGOZIO PART‑TIME – 24 ore settimanali
* Chieti (CH) – COMMESSI/COMMESSE DI NEGOZIO PART‑TIME – 24 ore settimanali
* Inzago (MI) – COMMESSO/COMMESSA DI NEGOZIO
* Roma – ADDETTI/ADDETTE VENDITA
* Lucca – COMMESSO/COMMESSA DI NEGOZIO PART‑TIME – 20 ore settimanali
We will provide an initial fixed‑term contract with the aim of regularisation. CCNL Commercio, 14 monthly payments, starting at level 4.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers and contribute to store organization, stock replenishment and cash handling, with supervision by the store manager.
* Provide a friendly service, anticipating customer needs and offering recommendations.
Qualifications:
* Good attitude towards customer contact
* Strong relational and organisational skills
* Reliability and dynamism
* Residence in the service area is preferred
* Previous assisted‑sales experience, even brief, considered a plus
Working hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, part‑time 24 hours per week, distributed across two shifts between 08:00–20:00.
Salary: €14,000 (part‑time) with an additional performance‑based bonus tied to company KPI.
