Experteer Overview
In this role you serve as the trusted on-site IT expert supporting Amazon’s corporate workforce. You diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to keep employees productive and secure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive incident resolution, change management, and continuous improvement in a high-availability environment. This role offers a hands‑on, impact‑focused path within Amazon’s global IT Services team, emphasizing mentorship, learning, and delivering superior IT experiences.

analyze logs to assess health - Provide on‑call support for high‑severity incidents and serve as escalation contact
- Triage and escape system or network outages to minimize downtime
- Understand and execute change management in a high‑availability setting

- Oversee IT asset inventories and lifecycle (deployment, liquidation)

- Continuously expand skills and stay current with IT policies and technologies
Responsabilità
- 2+ years of technical experience in a corporate environment supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux
- 2+ years of experience with DNS, DHCP, OSI model, TCP/IP
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi‑user high‑availability environment
- 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
- Occasional travel as needed
- Proficient in English and Italian
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent
