About the Role
The Product Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the Lombardy region.
The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
The role reports to the National Sales Manager and is part of the Italian Sales Team.

Main Responsibilities
* Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets
* Maintain and build effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region
* Organize and participate in local congresses and give product training
* Observe market and competitor's activities to influence company sales strategies
* Execute marketing and sales strategies

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in medicine, psychology, marketing, engineering, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years in overall medical device sales experience in the Italian market
* Demonstrated hunter mentality and the ability to meet quotas and achieve sales targets
* Basic knowledge of Italian health care system
* Fluency in Italian; fluent English
