The Staff Solutions Specialist is responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as a client liaison during the delivery of professional services or outsourced solutions. This role involves working closely with Sales, Procurement, Third parties, and the delivery team to ensure on-time project delivery and client satisfaction. The Specialist also collaborates with Sales to identify further business opportunities. Working at NTT The main responsibilities of the Staff Solutions Specialist include: Supporting Sales in qualifying and developing opportunities within the Contractor staffing solutions portfolio, ensuring profitability and delivery excellence. Identifying client staffing requirements, establishing resource solutions, and determining suitable commercial models. Performing sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing contractor care. Working with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on staffing opportunity qualification, solution creation, and deal closure. Ensuring compliance with legal and H&S documentation before engagement starts. Managing ongoing engagement and reviewing client satisfaction during service delivery. Capturing client feedback post-engagement and taking necessary actions. Identifying and targeting potential contacts and organizations. Structuring, negotiating, and finalizing partnership agreements with legal and finance teams. Ensuring partner commitment to pipeline generation and revenue goals. Holding quarterly strategy sessions with partners for mutual growth. Collaborating with partner enablement teams for delivery and enablement activities. Gathering sales intelligence and proposing upsell opportunities. Reviewing strategic fulfillment for onshore and offshore delivery capabilities. What will make you a good fit for the role? You will be successful if you have: Experience in contingent/contractor engagement or resource management. Ability to identify client needs and develop effective solutions. Experience in scouting and consolidating third-party partners. Proven ability to leverage contacts for mutually beneficial partnerships. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills. Decisiveness affecting cross-functional teams. Relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Experience working in a multinational, fast-paced environment. A client and people-focused approach. Business development experience, preferably in IT services. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Commerce) or equivalent.
