The role
We are looking for a talented Webmaster to join our international Activation team. The role supports the French region, but teams are working from across Europe and the UK. The candidate will be responsible for the setup of our SaaS products, in accordance with Enterprise and Premium client requirements.
* Gather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the customer
* Manage client requests and prioritize workflow
* Perform all the necessary tasks to configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaS
* Perform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirements
* Present the progress and the final product to the customer and answer queries
* Tickets management in collaboration with R&D team
* Follow up with developers and product expert teams
* Cooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope (avoid scope creeping)
Requirements
* Native French level and intermediate English
* Previous experience preferably in a SaaS company and in a similar role
* Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
* Capability to act as "power user" for complex business applications like CRM, ERP, CMS, Marketing automation platforms
* Knowledge in WordPress CMS
