Procurement Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Specialist. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who can provide procurement solutions to operation locations.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrating strong judgment in prioritizing tasks that drive customer value and business impact. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional time management skills and the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
The role requires regular interaction with internal customers from various backgrounds and organizational levels, as well as Italian suppliers. Fluency in Italian language is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Procurement support across multiple sites, demonstrating strong relationship management skills.
* Strategically identify, develop, and maintain local supplier relationships while balancing competing priorities.
* Exercise critical judgment to enforce Procurement policies and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
* Drive and execute local and EU Procurement initiatives, demonstrating ability to prioritize high-impact activities.
* Collaborate with Category Managers to identify and deliver cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in the Procurement field.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Professional fluency in English and Italian (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
* CIPS or similar procurement certifications.
* International procurement experience.
* Experience with e-procurement tools.
