This will include routine coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution. /li liSite Operations – Work closely with key staff members to ensure smooth clinical operation and flow, plan for contingencies during disruptions, direct the work of front-line staff to create a welcoming and safe clinical environment, manage scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels, contribute to required data collection and reporting needs, and ensure compliance with Occupational Health Safety (OHSA), Infection Prevention Control (IPAC) and other clinical and workplace regulations/best practices. /li liStaff Support – Act as the first point of contact for staff for operational needs, problem-solving and in-the-moment decisions relating to clinic flow, client support and team leadership.
