* Program Execution: Coordinate all phases of program execution, including planning, logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and post-delivery evaluation.
* Curated Educational Content: Collaborate with faculty and learning designers to curate and customize educational content, ensuring alignment with client objectives and learning outcomes.
* Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, producing insightful reports and improvement plans based on feedback and performance metrics.
* New Learning Formats and Solutions: Contribute to the development of new learning formats and digital solutions, staying up to date with the latest trends in corporate training and adult education.
