In line with its mission to serve the research community at large, HT operates National Facilities, specifically aimed at making HT’s technologies, methods and tools available to the national scientific community. /ppThe Human Technopole Foundation is looking for a Project Controller. /ppThe role, part of the Campus Development Facility Management Team and reporting to the Head of Campus Development Facility Management, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, scheduling, and controlling the progress of tasks and projects within the area of Campus Development Facility Management (CDFM). The role includes budget planning and monitoring, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and aligning activities with organizational goals. The Project Controller also provides tools and processes to ensure that projects meet time and cost objectives, while collaborating closely with the PMO, Procurement, Finance, and the Technical Secretariat. /ppbYour main tasks and responsibilities : /b /ppDefine project objectives, strategies, and stakeholder lists in collaboration with the Head of CDFM; /ppCreate and maintain Gantt charts and other infographic tools to provide updated status reports for CDFM activities; /ppIdentify critical paths and propose solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns; /ppAssist the Head of CDFM in the planning, monitoring, and implementation of the yearly budget, 3-year works plan, and budget revisions; /ppDefine and support extra budget requests as needed; /ppUse the ERP system to generate reports on budget, purchases, and deliveries; /ppProduce periodic budget evolution reports with details for each assigned cost center; /ppTrack the progress of tasks and projects to ensure adherence to time, cost, and quality objectives; /ppSupport the respect of deadlines and goals for each task / project doing the necessary follow up actions; /ppCollaborate with the Technical Secretariat and CDFM team to acquire real-time status updates on project activities; /ppManage interactions with Procurement and Finance to align on priorities, schedules, and urgent requests; /ppFacilitate communication between CDFM and the HT PMO to ensure alignment of strategies, priorities and progress tracking; /ppManage and improve the asset management project, support the digitalization programme; /ppSupport the development of better planning processes and tools to enhance project management practices. /ppMandatory requirements : /ppAt least 3 years of experience in project control, planning, or management roles within complex organizational infrastructures projects; /ppExpertise in creating and analyzing Gantt charts, reports and infographics for project updates; /ppFluency in Italian, written and spoken and good knowledge of English – HT is an international institute. /ppPreferred requirements : /ppBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architectural or a related field; /ppCertification in project management tools or methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable; /ppPrevious experience in public sector is considered a plus. /ppOrganizational and social skills : /ppAccurate and reliable; /ppbExcellent organizational and multitasking skills; /b /ppStrong communication and collaboration abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders; /ppAnalytical thinking and problem-solving mindset to identify critical paths and propose solutions. /ppApplication Instructions /ppPlease apply online sending : /ppbWHY HUMAN TECHNOPOLE? /b /ppOur working environment is international, friendly and inclusive.
