Our technology starts with you. /p h3Your Role /h3 ul liDevelop, implement, and optimize new processes of thin film deposition for new and existing MEMS products in the chemical vapor deposition area (i.e., LPCVD, PECVD, ALD, Epitaxy). /li liCollaborate closely with design, device engineering team, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless process integration. /li liSet up new experiments through DOE methodology and pilot runs to validate process changes and improvements. /li liAnalyze process data and troubleshoot issues to reach process qualification and enhance yield and reduce variability. /li liPrepare detailed documentation including process flow charts, work instructions, and validation protocols for manufacturing usage. /li liSupport scale‑up activities from laboratory to pilot and full production scale. /li liEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards fulfilling sustainability roadmap. /li liContinuously identify opportunities for process innovation and automation. /li /ul h3Skills Experiences /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, materials engineering or related fields. /li liHands‑on experience in MEMS process development and microfabrication techniques. /li liProven experience in process development in RD teams or in manufacturing environment. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liProficiency with process simulation and data analysis tools. /li liProficient in process characterization tools such as SEM, profilometry, ellipsometry. /li liAbility to analyze complex data and apply statistical process control (SPC). /li liExtensive knowledge of Excel and office suite. /li liExcellent communication and teamwork abilities. /li liAdaptability: flexibility to manage changing priorities and work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. /li liProblem‑solving mindset: proactive in identifying issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. /li liTime management: efficiently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. /li liCuriosity and continuous learning: enthusiasm for staying updated on latest MEMS technologies and process advancements. /li liEnglish proficiency. /li /ul h3Diversity, Equity Inclusion /h3 pST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
