Local Destination Ambassador
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Local Destination Ambassador to join our team. This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and has in-depth knowledge of the local region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized support to clients throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Collaborate with property owners and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of client itineraries.
* Conduct thorough checks of properties before client arrivals to ensure quality standards are met.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on The Thinking Traveller's website, House Guides, and internal documents.
Requirements:
* Impeccable English language skills, with fluency in Italian and another European language an advantage.
* A confident and articulate communicator with a love of travel.
* Friendly and professional manner in person and over the phone, with excellent listening skills.
* Highly organized with great attention to detail and diplomatic approach.
