SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE Gestire la tenuta degli estratti conto dei clienti domestici o esteri Gestire le operazioni di recupero dei crediti relativamente ai clienti di propria competenza RESPONSABILITA' - Garantire la correttezza delle operazioni amministrative necessarie per la gestione degli estratti conto clienti (pagamenti, incassi, gestione titoli ecc.) - Garantire la messa in opera di tutte le operazioni necessarie al recupero dei crediti e le direttive date dal superiore in materia; - Gestire i rapporti coi clienti relativamente alle questioni amministrative e creditizie - Collaborare con la forza vendita; CONOSCENZE TECNICO-PROFESSIONALI - Buona conoscenza delle basi di amministrazione contabile - Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di registrazione contabile in Oracle per la gestione dei clienti (A/R) - Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (excel, word, ecc) - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese - conoscenze base strumenti pagamento e IVA
