Additional language skills would be beneficial Experience requirements: Previous experience recruiting into the Pharmceutical sector is REQUIRED. How will you make an impact? Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Italy including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions. What will you do? - Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions. - Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager - Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy - Proactively sourcing talent - Facilitating debrief meetings - Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers - Building Talent Pipelines - Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP - Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process - Participate in projects as needed How will you get here?
