Profilo ricercato : PMO MANAGER As the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed project schedules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define resource needs and you will be responsible to drive the continuos improvement of planning tools and processes. WORK TASKS: - Assign tasks and responsibilities within the planning team. - Ensure alignment between project milestones and company objectives. - Conduct regular planning meetings with stakeholders. - Analyze project data and provide actionable insights. - Ensure accurate data entry into project management tools. Requirements: - Agile Project Management Knowledge - Minimum of 5 years in project planning or management roles. - Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies. - Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, EasyRedmine, etc.). - Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field. - PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred). - Training in project management tools and risk assessment methodologies.
