We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our Finance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
 * Verification and control of store attendance sheets via the myareaf2a application
 * Submission of mandatory communications (hiring, termination, transformations, and extensions) via the SIUL portal of Regione Lombardia
 * Preparation of employment contracts for store staff
 * Management of documentation related to the establishment of employment relationships
 * Preparation of variation letters related to existing employment relationships for store staff
 * Verification of sickness certificates
 * Entry and control of variable data for monthly salary processing
 * Periodic management of complementary pension funds
 * Coordination with District Sales Managers and the HR Europe Department for the correct management of employment relationships for store staff
 * Management of health and safety compliance in support of H&S consultants
We are looking for a candidate with:
 * Knowledge of the CCNL Terziario – Confcommercio
 * Basic knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations
 * English language skills
 * Advanced Excel skills
 * Knowledge of the Workday management system
 * Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to personnel management
The ideal candidate is a graduate with at least 3-5 years of experience in the field, preferably in a multinational or professional consulting firm. Strong relational skills, dynamism, analytical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a highly qualified team are essential.
