The Legal Team of Crédit Agricole CIB Italy offers an apprenticeship opportunity in its Milan Office. The resource will support the Legal Team mainly in respect of the following tasks:
Analysis of legal issues submitted to the legal team
Review, drafting and execution of contractual, corporate and notarial documentation
Management of administrative, operational and reporting processes
Direct assistance to various bank departments
Qualifications required:
Master's degree or single‐cycle degree in Law
At least 6 months experience in the banking and financial department of a top‐tier law firm or in the legal division
