Main Duties Responsabilities · Deal with all Front Office operations (check in; check out; escorting; cashier operations; guests' care) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct; · Daily closure, cashier check for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions; · Assist with all guest's requests, · Handle emergencies according to procedures.
Requirements · Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred; · Previous work experience in the same position in 5 stars hotels Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally; · Effective and punctual written and verbal communication to keep relevant colleagues and departments updated; · Ability to work cohesively within a team, showing respect and willingness to share information and skills; · Commitment to continuous self-development; · Accuracy and precision in all duties and checks performed; · Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities; · Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
