As an Expert Campaign Operations, you will join Plenitude Societa Benefit. Specifically, within the Retail Sales Business Unit, you will join the Campaign Operations team responsible for ensuring the correct flow of customer contact information from various providers or sources to the Plenitude sales network. Ensuring efficient flow and compliance with privacy compliance regulations is crucial for the unit. This objective is also achieved through direct management of Campaign Management and privacy governance tools. You will work closely with the sales network, marketing unit, legal, and IT functions on a daily basis, contributing to effective coordination between all areas involved. Key activities:As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the development of Campaign & Lead Management and Privacy Governance processes to ensure the proper functioning of the entire supply chain. This role includes analyzing processes, user experience, and project management for the production of workflows, coordinating with the affected business areas, with a particular focus on processes related to new products such as fiber. Continuous monitoring of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes Support the team in the operational management of Plenitude product sales campaigns for physical and remote channels Ensure that sales operations comply with contact policy and privacy compliance rules, monitoring compliance throughout the end-to-end process Manage the monitoring activities of the main sales KPIs related to campaign performance and quality assuranceRequired characteristics:Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering; different and/or inferior study paths will be considered in the event of significant experience in the field At least 3 years of work experience Good knowledge of the Office package, Power BI Good knowledge of the English language.Milan and Rome offices We promote flexible work arrangements, including smart working options, to support a better work-life balance.
