The Role
As a System Administrator at Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.
There’s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services, because no two projects are alike. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Who You Are
* Advanced knowledge of major operating systems: Unix, Linux, Windows
* Familiarity with the most common Application Servers and Web Servers: WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, IBM HTTP Server
* Ability to perform high-level troubleshooting through in-depth analysis of logs, dumps, and javacores created for this purpose
* Skilled in performing application deployments or updates, as well as configuration changes/additions on both the Application Server and Web Server sides
* Understanding of certificate usage, including how to update, exchange, and trust them, even in complex architectures requiring mutual authentication
* Knowledge of MQ, DataStage, and Cognos is a plus, along with a good knowledge of the English language
