This role bridges technical teams and stakeholders, driving collaboration and maintaining alignment with project goals and objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of software development methodologies and product development knowledge /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liWork with Product Management team to support features and requirements definition /li liFacilitate release planning, supporting development leads in the analysis and estimation of software features and product requirements /li liFacilitate regular product development scrums and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to company software development processes /li liEnsure development teams are aligned with project goals. Monitor progress, manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. /li liEngage downstream teams such as documentation, NPI, training, solutions and field engineering to facilitate the software release process /li liCollaborate with cross functional teams (hardware development, mechanicals, QA, homologations) and E2E project managers to define E2E project scope, milestone, objectives, and deliverables /li liSupport development and maintenance of detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation /li liFacilitate JMA End to End product development process for new product releases /li liEstablish, Maintain and Monitor project metrics, dashboard and KPIs to improve planning and predictability of development teams /li liStandardize and keep track of project processes including but not limited to project documentation, risk management board, change control boards. /li liThink forward, explore and recommend new tools, methodologies, and techniques to contribute and strengthen JMA development processes /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul li4+ years of project management experience in managing software development projects within RD organizations, for industrial application /li liSolid understanding of software development life cycle and processes /li liExpert knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit the project and environment. /li liExperience with MS Project, Smartsheet or similar project planning tools /li liExperience with JIRA and Confluence /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels—from executive leadership to technical teams (developers, QA, and cross-functional partners).
