You will work in the ICT Unit and support the front‑office Service Desk team with a variety of tasks, including: 24/7 front‑office support for department users, both on‑site and remote (Windows and Linux) Configuring printers, Wi‑Fi, VPN, e‑mail, etc. Basic troubleshooting and problem resolution Support for on‑site IT audits Advanced installation and configuration of individual workstations and computing rooms, including engineering and scientific software (Windows and Linux) Hardware diagnostics and maintenance for PCs, notebooks and workstations Audio/video support for departmental meeting rooms Logistics and asset management in the IT warehouse Office monitoring, request handling, and escalation to second‑level support At the end of the stage you will have a solid understanding of the strategies, architectures, hardware and software of a complex organization, as well as firsthand experience with a complex network infrastructure and key enterprise protocols.
