You will develop theCNC programsrequired for component machining, ensuring that each process delivers dimensionally compliant and fully repeatable parts.You will also be a central player in theanalysis and resolution of dimensional and visual non‐conformities, working closely with technical and production teams to maintain high quality standards and ensure reliable operations.By joining us, you'll collaborate with skilled engineers and manufacturing professionals in an environment that blends solid industrial expertise with a continuous drive for improvement and innovation.If you're ready to apply your technical skills and contribute to our pursuit of manufacturing excellence, we'd be excited to meet you.If you're driven bypurpose, technology, and growth, this is the place for you.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop3–5 axis CAD/CAM programsand run machining simulations to optimize turning and milling processes before production.Definemanufacturing technologies, cutting tools, and machining parameters, preparing the relatedtechnical documentationand supporting machine setup and tuning on the shop floor.Collaborate withDesign Engineeringto determine workholding solutions and withQualityto identify critical dimensions and measurement references.Lead theprototyping phasethrough product qualification, analyzing dimensional reports and performing process reverse engineering to support continuous improvement.Troubleshootproduction issues, coordinate with Purchasing on required consumables, and providetraining and supportto machine operators.Your Skill SetStrong ability toread and interpret technical drawings, including tolerances and GD&T.Advanced knowledge ofturning and milling processesfor metallic materials (stainless steels, high‐strength alloys).Proficiency with3–5 axis CAM programming softwareand solid understanding of cutting tools, geometries, and machining parameters.Goodanalytical and problem‐solving skills, with attention to detail in process optimization and troubleshooting.Effectiveteamwork and communication skills, collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams.Educational background : Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, plus specific training in CNC/CAM programming and machining technologies.English and Italian language proficiency (min B2) required
