Your missions
* Manage product backlogs and prioritize requirements based on business and client value
* Define user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders and development teams
* Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure product vision alignment
* Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met in line with Agile methodology
* Track sprint progress and ensure team performance through metrics and KPIs
* Lead cross-functional teams in Agile project environments
* Identify risks and facilitate mitigation strategies collaboratively
Your profile
* Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
* Experience with Scrum methodology and Product Owner responsibilities
* Certification: Scrum Master and/or Product Owner (e.g., PSM, PSPO, CSPO)
* Experience in a technical or IT consulting environment
* Experience with client-facing project roles
* Academic background: engineering schools or business schools with IT specialization
* Fluent English. Italian is a plus.
* You have an ability to prioritize and facilitate effective team collaboration
