We are looking for a talented Interactive Art Director, a creative expert able to ideate and design user-centric online experiences with a strong focus on communication and creative storytelling. This role is intended to actively contribute to the creative development of large CXs connected to marketing and communication actions, which may include online experiences, content ideation, and ad hoc storytelling.
**What you will do**:
Contribute in developing creative solution for internal and external communication;
- Define and develop creative ideas and the connected touchpoints;
- Ideate and design UX flows and client-facing interactive experiences;
- Partner with the development team to test and release interactive works;
- Define and design layouts and visual composition.
**Requirements**:
A proven experience of 4-6 years in creative development and design;
- Solid understanding of UX, UI and Information architecture;
- Ability to manage small/medium size projects independently;
- Solid understanding of online experiences and basic technologies;
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
**Nice to have**:
Strategic thinking;
- Social media communication experience;
- Offline Art Direction experience.
