Graphic Designer/Content Specialist: ABOUT THE JOB As a Graphic Designer/Content Specialist, your creativity, stakeholder management skills, and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines without compromising the delivery of quality outcomes will shine through. You will be part of a team responsible for creating innovative design and multimedia assets for use across all businesses on and offline channels. Areas of Knowledge and Expertise that matter most for this role: Creation, definition, and development of visual content to support all marketing activities, with a particular focus on visual communication on social channels and e-commerce. Creation and development of motion graphics animations for digital channels. Design and development of UX/UI for graphic implementations of B2C/B2B company websites (web page layout, newsletter, landing page) creating materials in line with the communication strategy and compliant with the editorial plan. Updating of Brand Identity tools and creation of layouts in line with the coordinated image of the Patrizia Pepe brand identity Content editing for the digital world for awareness campaigns, social banners, wholesale materials, POP, and press media kits. Participate in the planning and brainstorming activities of the Content team Design development for graphics/artwork to support the Creative department ABOUT YOU We are excited about you if you have: Fluency in Italian (written & spoken) is essential. Fluency in English (written & spoken) is essential. Previous experience (2-4 years) in a similar role is essential preferably within the Fashion or Digital industry Good knowledge of Figma is required. Good video editing skills (Premiere, After Effect, DaVinci) are considered a plus. The ideal profile is completed by excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and the ability to autonomously manage work and respect deadlines, as well as a good knowledge of spoken and written English.
