We are seeking a highly motivated student to support us in publishing and managing job postings across various channels, screening curricula vitae, and participating in selection interviews.
Responsibilities
* Publishing and managing job postings
* Screening of curricula vitae
* Participation in selection interviews
* Updating candidate database and managing documentation related to selection processes
* Active sourcing of potential candidates through various tools and platforms
* Drafting reports and presentations related to recruiting activities
Requirements
* University student (in the final stages of studies)
* Excellent knowledge of the English language
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good knowledge of main IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Proactivity and attention to detail
