Synergie Italia Spa, filiale Permanent Emilia Nord Ovest, is seeking for an important client operating in the Large Retail Sector.
Position:
RESPONSABILE REPARTO GASTRONOMIA
Responsibilities:
* Adhering to HCCP procedures for proper product storage
* Serving at the Gastronomy Counter
* Preparing merchandise on the counter, ensuring proper layout
* Cleaning and sanitizing equipment
* Managing operational resources, orders, and stock control
Requirements:
* Previous experience preferred, in the same role within the gastronomic department
* Good knowledge of cutting tools, knives, slicers, typical products (cold cuts, cheeses, first and second courses), and culinary preparations
* Good communication skills, team work, precision, and reliability
Additional Information:
Offer: Permanent employment contract
Full-time work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, including holidays, with one day off per week
Work location: Parma (PR)
