This is a permanent opportunity focused solely on functional delivery, ideal for professionals who understand the technical landscape of Guidewire but operate in a business-facing, non-coding capacity. The successful candidate will work on large-scale, multi-country Guidewire implementation and integration projects for leading insurance clients across Europe. Key Responsibilities: Act as the key functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into Guidewire configuration specifications (primarily for PC, CC, or BC) Support end-to-end implementation and integration projects including UAT, training, and functional documentation Collaborate with cross-border teams on European-wide Guidewire rollouts Required Experience & Skills: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire implementation and integration projects (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter) Strong understanding of insurance business processes and system workflows Solid technical know-how to effectively engage with development and integration teams (no coding required) Fluency in Italian and English is essential; French is a plus Based in or near Milan (or willing to relocate); must be able to work from the office one day per week – (May have flexibility here) Experience in multi-country project environments is highly desirable Interested?
