The role: - Support the DS Project with regard to all of its management activities; - Partner with local leadership and HR team to design and deliver high-value people plans; - Partner with local authorities to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; - Partner with universities, masters’ schools and training companies to reinforce Employer Branding, Talent Scouting and knowledge sharing; - Prepare and manage a strategical Workforce Planning; - Contribute to prepare budget plans concerning personnel costs; - Coordinate the implementation of the processes and procedures; - Identify specific competencies, knowledge and skills required by DS processes; - Identify specific roles and tasks to be introduced in the new DS organization; - Assess Anagni’s population in order to identify skilled employees ready to support the DS; - Define competencies matrix to identify competencies and skills gaps; Define the training and development plans for DS resources to strengthen the pipeline and technical competencies; - Periodically provide updated reports, concerning HR matters. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field; - At least 7-10 years of experience in a HR department, in particular in Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction and Organizational Development fields; - Experience in a high volume and fast paced environment. Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology space is required. CMO (contract manufacturing) / CDMO (contract development and manufacturing) experience is strongly preferred; - Strong Project Management skills, in order to manage all the project’s steps; - Fluent English knowledge; - Advance in Excel and Powerpoint; - Experience and ability to partner with different external and internal stakeholders, building engagement and strong relationships; - Flexibility, proactivity and team building skills; - Business acumen and strategic view.
