Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist in Teramo, Italy
We are expanding our team and are looking for 2 Payroll Specialists to join our organization.
We welcome applications from both senior profiles with 4-5 years of experience and junior profiles with 1-2 years of experience.
The selected candidates will be based at our operational headquarters located in the province of Salerno (SA).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly payroll processing;
2. Preparation of monthly reports;
3. Managing relationships with relevant authorities;
4. Handling injury-related procedures;
5. Managing annual compliance tasks (770, CU, Self-assessments);
6. Managing employment-related obligations.
Work Details:
Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, from 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00.
Contract type and salary will be commensurate with experience.
Applicable collective agreement: CCNL Terziario (Commerce).
Benefits include meal vouchers worth €6.00 each.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma;
* Ability to work in a team;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Precision, organization, and customer orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Technical-commercial diploma;
* Knowledge of English;
* Familiarity with Zucchetti paghe Infinity software;
* Knowledge of the CCNLs for Commerce, Transport, Public Services, Industry Executives, and Commerce Executives.
