About the role
* Conduct regular auditing field activities.
* Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus.
* Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, Quality System, or formal agreement between the client and DNV.
* Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times.
* Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other relevant registration to serve as Lead Auditor within DNV.
* Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timeframes and budgets.
* Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel.
* Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain high morale.
* Work well with others as a team player and support professional development, including timely reviews and goal setting.
* Communicate effectively with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders.
* Ensure proper use of tools for auditing activities and data communication to facilitate certification processes.
The role also includes back-office tasks such as:
* Promptly contact customers to confirm planned activities.
About you
Position Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on ICT Sector related schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301; eIDAS).
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
* Ability to coordinate and manage an audit team.
* Proven attitude towards auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and maintaining good client relations.
* Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
* Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools.
* Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
