KNAPP Italia is expanding its team with a Resident Service Technician.
Join our resident team at the main logistics center of a global leader in eyewear. As a Resident Service Technician, you will perform reactive and scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure high system availability. Our team members are involved in continuous improvement processes. Technicians work in alternating shifts, including one night shift per month, to maintain site availability for our customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Perform servicing on all system parts while adhering to health and safety standards.
* Respond promptly to errors and issues.
* Communicate clearly and troubleshoot efficiently.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback based on troubleshooting.
* Maintain high equipment availability.
Requirements:
* Qualification in electrics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, IT, or automation.
* Experience in maintenance tasks.
* Ability to read mechanical layouts and circuit diagrams.
* Experience working in a workshop environment.
* Proficiency in Italian and ideally in English.
