About Role
The ideal candidate will support the Global Commercial Sales function in Italy, specifically the Global Clients development structure, and will manage specific commercial and process projects.
Responsibilities
Interacting with other corporate functions (e.g. Global Merchant & Network Services, Controllership) and being tasked to monitor and optimize the Supplier Payment processes of American Express Italia and the other Group companies
Supporting data analysis and process management for selected clients, providing monthly reports to both the client and third parties involved in alignment with the internal servicing team
Assisting the structure in daily client management activities, producing internal and external reporting and liaising with the operations units
Qualifications
Current graduate students in Economics are encouraged to apply
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems
Good communication and relational skills
Self‑starting, innovative thinker who can provide the team with suggestions and recommendations for process improvement
Fluency in both English and Italian
Proficient knowledge of Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint)
