The Housekeeping Supervisor assists and reports the Housekeeping & Spa Manager in managing all aspects of the department, managing the department in the absence of Manager. The mission and intent of Housekeeping Supervisor is governing the operations of the Cleaning and Laundry department; Be responsible of the Housekeeping Department;
Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed and tasks of laundry staff;
Perform daily inspection of all public areas, guestrooms, exterior of building and back house areas, to ensure that the highest standards are met and ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards;
Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff;
Plan departmental scheduling (schedules days off, holidays, and vacations, ensuring that facility’s needs are met in accordance with hours and position control);
Plan daily, weekly and monthly assignments and projects for all Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Housemen and Laundry Attendants;
