Controller (BSR Controller)
Location: San Cesario sul Panaro (MO)
Responsibilities
* Support in the implementation of SAP ERP for new acquisitions, including customization of the management system
* Preparation and analysis of periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly)
* Monitoring of budget and forecast
* Analysis of costs, revenues, and margins by area/business unit
* Support in the preparation of the annual budget
* Collaboration with different company functions for data collection
* Development and improvement of company KPIs
* Support for the monthly accounting close
* Ad hoc analysis upon management request
* Optimization of control and reporting processes
Education
* Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines
Technical Skills
* Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ERP management system
* Excellent knowledge of Excel
* Knowledge of the required IT systems (Tagetik, Outlook, Power BI)
* Basic knowledge of general and analytical accounting
* Data analysis and modeling skills
Languages
* English (B1/B2 level or higher)

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is €38.553 - €53.010. The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience. Additional compensation components and benefits will be discussed during the recruitment process.
