What you will do
* Lead the international HR strategy
* Oversee labor relations and workforce planning
* Partner with Operations on organizational efficiency
* Monitor HR costs and global KPIs
* Manage compensation, compliance, and HR processes
* Support leadership through organizational change
Who we are looking for
* 15+ years in HR roles within multinational industrial environments
* Solid international exposure
* Strong experience in labor relations and employment law
* Ability to manage complex stakeholders
* Hands-on, business-oriented mindset
* Fluent English
