About The Job:
SIAD Macchine Impianti's plant division specializes in cryogenic air separation and small-scale LNG plants. We are seeking a Site Construction Manager to oversee construction activities, which may be managed by SIAD Macchine Impianti or the client worldwide.
The Site Construction Manager will coordinate construction activities, subcontractors, and personnel, liaise with clients and stakeholders, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure work complies with project documentation, standards, quality, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include:
* Supervise construction site activities and ensure safety compliance.
* Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to meet deadlines.
* Verify subcontractor or client activities align with project documentation and instruct corrective actions if needed.
* Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
* Monitor and report on construction progress.
* Maintain accurate project records, including logs and reports.
* Resolve conflicts or issues during construction and escalate as necessary.
* Ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free site.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Engineering or technical field.
* Proven experience as Site Construction Manager in Air Separation, LNG, or similar plants.
* Availability to travel up to 6-10 months.
* Strong organizational and priority management skills.
* Effective communication and reporting abilities.
* Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
* Flexibility to work in varied environments.
* Relevant certification in the field.
* Proficiency in computer software and MS Office.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Team player with independence when needed.
* Ability to prioritize tasks.
* Strong written and verbal English skills.
* Minimum safety training in firefighting, first aid, safety officer, confined spaces, PPE III, and elevation work.
