 
        We are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant ! The resource will have to be able to provide support to users for problem resolution, within the established times, and also to enable them to make the best use of SAP functionalities. Additionally, they will participate in evolutionary maintenance initiatives of the system or other project initiatives in all different phases, from analysis of requirements to preparation of the Business Blue Print, to preparation and realization of tests and finally to Go-live and post Go-live support. They will have to interact with other teams both for technical aspects and to coordinate with other initiatives that insist on HR processes. They will also have to interact with the Service Manager or another key contact for any critical issues related to ongoing or planned activities. Responsibilities Manage user support activities; Act proactively in identifying and preventing critical issues; Analyze recurring problems and identify solutions for their final resolution; Help business users with daily problem resolution; Coordinate with other functional and technical teams to resolve problems identified autonomously or reported by users; Take charge of all activities and govern technical activities correctly to complete tasks within the defined times; Analyze and suggest continuous improvements; Take charge of preparing training material and possibly training; Ensure Best Practices; Adhere to quality standards; Prepare and manage all documentation of interventions (BR, functional and technical analysis; Manage test scripts/scenarios/test data Ideal Profile The ideal person has matured about 3-4 years of experience on the SAP HCM module with particular reference to the following areas: Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management Travel Management Timesheet Self-service functionality Good knowledge of the relative standard functionalities.
