Our client is seeking a Technical Help-desk Executive to provide technical support for meters and electronic cash registers, self-service checkouts, and related hardware devices.

Responsibilities for the Technical Help-desk Executive role involves:
You will be part of the team dedicated to after-sales support and the team that provides companies in the Retail, Food Service, and Large-Scale Retail sectors with a wide range of hardware and software solutions.
The objective will be to ensure the proper functioning of the installed devices, provide technical assistance and support in the event of technical issues, and meet any customer needs.
Support customers in the analysis, commissioning, and configuration of the indicated tools.
Contribute to customer training to ensure optimal use of the product.
Candidates for the Technical Help-desk Executive role will need:
A Technical diploma
Previous experience as a Technical Help-desk Executive in the Retail sector
Experience and/or knowledge of electronic cash registers and/or scale technicians are preferred
Initiative and goal-oriented person
Ability to work in a team
Availability to travel.
