* Requirements: Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
* Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
* Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
* Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
* Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
* Ensure uptodate documentations
* Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
