GRS Recruitment are working closely with growing financial firm operating in Nicosia at the intersection of traditional finance and the digital economy and are seeking a Head of Support to join their team. Their work is centered on delivering secure, transparent, and highly tailored services to private and institutional clients in the cryptocurrency space. As Head of Support, you will sit at the heart of the companies operations connecting strategic ambition with flawless execution. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building systems, teams, and processes that scale. You will lead a highly engaged Support and Backend team, optimize critical workflows, own key tools and data, and ensure our commercial teams are empowered to perform at their best. If you’re energized by ownership, complexity, and visible impact, this role is built for you. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
1. Lead, mentor, and develop the Support & Backend team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
2. Partner closely with commercial leadership to align on strategy, forecasting, and performance measurement
3. Design, optimize, and scale trade processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
4. Own CRM systems and support platforms, ensuring data integrity and operational excellence
5. Build and execute onboarding and training programs that enable teams to perform quickly and confidently
6. Streamline quote-to-order workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience
7. Act as a key connector across Support, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless end-to-end execution
CANDIDATE PROFILE
8. Proven experience in operations, support, or enablement—ideally in a leadership role
9. Fluency in German and English (the majority of requests are in German)
10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
11. Deep familiarity with CRM platforms and modern support tech stacks
12. Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
13. A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a track record of leading teams through change
