The After-sales team leader reports directly to the Branch Manager.
He is responsible for leading the operation and administration of his team with the goal of delivering ordered solutions, from initial planning after tender awarding up to commissioning, to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role requires constant coordination with the customer, the team for standard projects, and the headquarters for solutions that require specific developments.
With his team, the After-sales team leader is also responsible for managing IEM installations by providing after-sales service to the final customer.
Additionally, the role supports the technical lead and the Branch Manager in elaborating responses to tenders and aligning with the company's strategic vision.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred)
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
* Fluency in Italian and English (French knowledge is an advantage)
* Strong proficiency in project management software and tools
