* Analyze business requirements and design solutions in SAP SuccessFactors (EC & Recruiting).
* Configure and customize EC and Recruiting modules following best practices.
* Participate in all project phases: design, build, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
* Provide strategic consulting to optimize HR processes.
* Prepare functional and technical documentation.
* Conduct client workshops and deliver end‐user training.
* Ensure integration with other systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll).
* Monitor and resolve post-go-live issues.
* Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC & Recruiting).
* Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation.
* Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues reported by clients.
* Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes as requested.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding issue status and resolution timelines.
* Collaborate with technical teams for complex problem‐solving and integrations.
* Prepare regular reports on support activities and system health.
What You'll Bring Along
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, focusing on Employee Central and Recruiting.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
* Experience in international projects and working with distributed teams.
* SAP SuccessFactors certification (EC and/or Recruiting) is desired.
* Excellent communication and client‐facing skills.
* Analytical thinking and solution‐oriented mindset.
* Leadership and mentoring skills for junior consultants.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). xrdztoy German or another EU language is a plus.
